Heartless and IncompetentIf I could give 0/5 I would. The worst mobile phone provider in the Australian market. Daughter's old phone was not working so she was advised to go back to the store for an insurance claim. Salesperson upsold her a new phone and then upsold her a tablet as well, promising her $500 credit for her old phone as a trade in as part of a deal on at the moment. She was told that she would be emailed a code which she needed to use to send in her old phone as a trade in. The code never came. She went back to the store many times and was told by the sales associate that he would organise a code for her. It never came. In the meantime, the deal expired and she received an invoice for the full amount without credit for her phone trade-in. She went back to the store and they promised her that she would be credited this amount and that they would fix it. Shocking SERVICE>> don't waste your time buying ANY phone from them... after service awful.... they sold me a phone 5 S with a cover saying if I drop it , it wont break... 5 days later dropped with cover on the front and back and magnets smashed screen.. took it back.. and two months later I am still waiting - I have rung them over 20 times... and the service centre with every exuse under the sun!!! First because its a new phone they don't have parts - well hello when you launch a new phone you should have new parts.. Their phone rings and rings and cuts off... I have spoken to three different management staff.. . every day I ring for an update and get promised a call back... NO CALL .. NOT ONE call.... except from a management staff then I rang them and they were on lunch , the next day they were in a meeting, the next day they were serving a customer... Bad service, sales and product knowledge. Purchased bare handset to replace a water damaged unit.
Later spend over 45 min waiting on Vodaphone call centre to find out why "restriction code" block was on phone to be expained that even bare handsets are blocked for Vodaphone network access only and it would cost an additional $75.00 to have removed. Not Happy!
Store phone rings out and refers you back to call centre who advise I needed to contact store back. HOW?
Management: start spending some money on decent staff training/customer service programs.

Vodafone does not know what service is. I must of ended up with a sales assistant who was more interested in clocking off. Did not know the product. Even told me to go to another store as he could not help. The Storm 2 phone is a total waste of time and the back up from Voda is useless. One ends up in India and unless the answer is in the manual, one will be told to go back to the store. Very poor service
