I purchased a new phone on a plan from this 3 store and didn’t have any problems with their customer service. I wasn’t sure what I was after when I first went there but the saleswoman helped explain the difference between their caps and I ended up buying the phone the same day. Had it in stock so there was no need to wait for it. Pleasant experience and I would recommend them to others.

Good experience, the staff member I dealt with was familiar with the product, and able to easily help me navigate the product successfully. The environment was clean and friendly, and I wasnt given the bums rush to get me in and out in a hurry.

I agree with the previous reviewer - the staff don't know a thing.

Very little instore customer service, even less when you try and ring head quarters of Three Mobile. They put you on hold for 45mins plus till you reach India and speak to an operator who doesn't care, is located half way around the world. And can't wait to go home for the day!
