Vodafone

Refused to replace my battery (which costs Vodafone $2 out) because it was 'one day' out of warranty. Nevermind I rang them up and left a voicemail the night before (when it was still in warranty) that it exploded 5 minutes before, that I wanted to make a warranty claim and that I would be coming in the next morning. They lost a customer over $2! Now think about how they will reward your loyalty... THEY WON'T!!!

Vodafone staff was extremely helpful and setup a new iPhone and getting it active on the network. The staff are professional and go the extra distance to help.

Vodafone in Garden City sorted out my transfer of accounts between 3 to Vodafone while I was there and sorted out changing over my 3G WiFi modem SIM over to my iPad. They were good and quick plus the staff was extremely helpful.
