I went into this store to buy a new phone, and when asked for help with certain products the staff handed me a pamphlet. I don't think the staff in this particular store care about making the sale, as I had so many questions they couldn't answer or told me to refer to other places. I did end up buying a phone, as I wanted this particular one and when my first bill came they had put me on the wrong contract. Not very happy with the service at all, although 3 as a company do have good products.
