My phone died on me out of the blue. The Vodafone call centre assistant was lovely and very helpful. The assistant gave me a great deal to get a new handset as my warranty was no longer valid due to small crack in my screen. The assistant made lots of notes on my file with the discount they had offered. I was tossing up between two phones so they said I could go into the store decide then. The assistant said they would make the notes on my file clear so the sales person in store would understand and finalise everything there. So, I went into this store. The people were NOT helpful. The staff I spoke with told me they would not be able to honour this discount and if I wanted to get the phone there I would have to pay more.They told me to get that deal I would have to order it over the phone with them but then wait 10 days for it to be delivered.
