Vodafone Chermside

I have had no end to problems with a number of issues related to my mobile broadband connection spanning over the last 3 weeks and costing me ALOT of money. I have wasted precious business hours on hold, being transferred from one person to the next, having to explain my problem over, and over again, and not being understood, or being misled, then transferred again, put on hold again.......being both frustrated and fed up, I went to the Vodafone store at Chermside today and asked for "Josh" whom I believe is the manager of that store. I asked for Josh because he had helped me previously with similar mobile broadband issues and was courteous, patient and genuinely interested in solving my problems. Well, after listening to my explanation, he checked my account on the computer and in less than 5 minutes, resolved my problem. I was back online as soon as I returned to my computer. Thank you Josh!
