Vodafone

I was unhappy to be mislead.My lunch break was wasted.I went into vodaphone to enquire if I could get replacement of my vodaphone earphones from my vodaphone brand phone as they are faulty .The attendant told me to bring them in to check if they are indeed faulty.I went home putting off buying a replacement much needed,to return the next day they checked the earphones after attempting to offer me to buy another phone ,checked them said yes they dont work but we can't help you unless you have a receipt.They could've told me I needed a receipt instead of acting like they were going to take care of me.
