We ordered a new phone from the Golden Grove Vodafone store. Told will be delivered in 2 days got it 5 days later. When we went into store to find out where it was, don't know, here is a number you can call. Pathetic and no customer service. They just want the commission. Do not go there and they swap between Golden Grove and TTP. So best find a store somewhere else. Same people.

THE WORST customer service providers I have ever dealt with! Got my new s7 from there no worries..then they were meant to send me a cover within a week it never arrived..a month later they had no idea. They then sold me a different cover and screen protector and the Manager said "the screen will not crack when this is on (the protective cover). The protective cover will crack but not your phone screen.

I dropped my phone a week later and guess what? It cracked the entire screen underneath ...not even touching the protective cover!!
