I've been using this store for as long as it has been around for a couple of reasons; it is close to home, and the service was always great. Well, that all changed last week when I went in to drop my phone off for repair and I had the misfortune of running into who I think was the manager or supervisor. After 45 minutes of being argued with, ignored, and having every possible hurdle put in my way, I finally managed to get my phone sent away for repair. I will never use this shop again as I have never had an experience this bad in a shop before. I am even considering leaving 3 for another carrier after 9 years as I was so angry. Avoid!
