Vodafone

We are with Vodafone on our phones, but I wanted to connect my Mum's mobile. I was getting very confused with all the various plans available and knowing that she would only be using it to contact me after medical appointments to say she was ready to pick up, the phone would not be used often.
I went into the NorthLakes store and the chap was very helpful. He explained everything and connected her phone there and then. Quite painless actually

Customer service here is actually decent and the manager or assistant manager is particularly nice and will go out of her to help you, something that's starting to disappear in the telecomms.
