Less than a year after I purchased it, my phone died. Since it still within warranty according to Vodafone's website, I brought it in to this store to get fixed. The staff behind the desk was nice and helpful, told me that it could get fixed under warranty provided it wasn't due to water damage (which it wasn't), got my name and number and said they'd message and/or call me in 5 - 10 working days, 3-5 weeks tops.
