Vogue Lighting at Balcatta provide very poor after-sales service - don't shop here. We spent several over $5000 at their Osborne Park store to completely fit out a new home. It was several months after purchase that the lights were installed by the electrician. Within 8 months of it being installed, one of the outdoor lights stopped working. Leah refused to exchange or refund, saying that I had bought it more than 12 months previously - this was true, but it had only been installed and in use for 8 months. I told her the Australian Consumer Law clearly states that she should replace the light as it should have lasted several years, not less than one, but she said she didn't care that I should feel free to take her to court to test it. Instead, I spoke with the manufacturer who apologised on behalf of his stockist and replaced the light without hesitation. He said there had been other complaints about Leah and this store.
