Went to this salon based on good reviews, biggest mistake I have ever made with my hair. I showed Lauren the apparently senior hair colourist a photo of a blonde balayage, wanting the exact same to be done to my hair. Instead I recieved a 3/4 head of foils right up to the root, was left with the heater on my foils for 40 minutes (recommended is no longer than 10). went home disappointed, woke up with a burning scalp, used my tangle teaser and half of my hair has broken and fallen out. Was left with a full blonde mullet. Went back to the salon asking for a refund they refused and had the balls to argue with me about the hair loss and damaged it caused. DO NOT GO HERE
Horrible haircut at Vogue Gasworks. I have never been so upset with a cut in my life. Zero confidence to wear my hair out. I wish I could somehow post the photos. Submitted an email to management a week ago expressing my feedback, no surprise I haven't heard back. Honestly do yourself a favour and go elsewhere. Absolute rookies.
