I used the Boolaroo service. It was very disorganised, they were overcharging me for items that were never explained and then within a couple of visits I received an email at 4pm the day before a 10am appointment scheduled for the next day to advise that a staff memeber has resigned and they could no longer offer services previously provided. No phone call. Very poor. Little care about the children they are meant to be helping. I suggest you look pass this practice as there are many pactices that have more professional and helpful staff that realy care about your child/ren
