Took my car to replace chain tensioner, instead of fixing my car they damaged it. Broke my wheel fender and tried to hide it by gluing it together.They didn’t even tell me!
Also paid for service and they didn’t even bother filling up my coolant. Lazy workers and owners doesn’t even care. Beware, stay away!!

It’s been a year since I’ve required to bring my vehicle back for another service. I recently contacted them and rebook the vehicle in. Consistent with the last experience the person I spoke to was very friendly and helpful. I was offered a loan car for the day also to be able to get back home at no cost which made a huge difference in getting back to work in time. I can’t recommend this place enough for anyone looking for a genuine place to look after their VW. I would return again without any hesitation and recommend others.

I recently brought my vehicle here to have a major service done; it was the first time outside of an official Volkswagen dealership, given a recent not so great experience at one of the VW service centre. When I initially called, the person who had answered I found to be quite professional in covering my entire question and collecting all the relevant details required for the booking. On the day the vehicle was dropped off, Chris who managed the place was approachable and friendly and explained what was going to be done and approximate time frame. When we picked up the vehicle, again he walked us through what had been done, and the overall service was exactly what had been quoted initially on the phone and a fraction of the price had I brought it to VW service centre. I highly recommend this place and will definitely return for future service/repairs required for my car.
