If I could give it a ZERO I would. Rather go somewhere else than Bill Buckle Brookvale. There are plenty of other good dealers in the area.
Got a brand new car with a stained backseat. Got ripped with Insurance, no one calls you back, I can go on and on.. just don't go there- not worth it.
This is review relates to,VW service Got a quote to fix my VW Passat which was $2000 I tried everal times to book the car in with no luck . I left messages to call me back but nothing happened . I eventually took my car somewhere else. I paid $900 to get the car fixed

I went in their VW store as a post for the GOLF TLINE sale was put in my mail box.According the the sales person on the phone. There was one in the store ready to be driven away.
Of course, there wasn't one. They tried to push for the next class and we almost took it. Its very interesting to see how they operate.
