This is the first time I have written a review, the only reason I have gone to the effort is because of how utterly appalled I was with the treatment of my vehicle. I took my car in for a service, everything seemed fine at this point, they texted me a few hours later saying it was ready to be picked up. Upon receiving my keys I did a quick once over of my car and to my horror found multiple scratches down the left side of my car on both doors. I immediately went inside and asked a service rep to come have a look, the rep spent all of 5 seconds looking at the scratches before saying they must have been there before the service. I had been out of state for 3 months before getting my car serviced, and it had been parked in the garage the entire time. The night before the service I took it to a car wash and there were no scratches. The next day was my service, and that's when I saw the scratches.
