Dealing with Von Bibra Robina has been nothing but a nightmare:
1. We had a Personal Loan out on the car we traded in. On re-financing, Von Bibra Robina was to pay out the remaining funds. It has now been over 2 weeks and they STILL have not paid this out. Von Bibra Robina is still currently withholding funds from us and we're paying off 2 personal loans.
2. It took 1 months worth of dealings to even get the car. They mucked us around constantly. Even going a far as to book an appointment just to pick up the car...
3. Don't even try and contact them by phone or email. You may be ready to get everything done right away, but they don't even bother getting back to you to progress the deal, no matter how many times you try contacting them.
Very disappointed. Do yourself a favour and just go somewhere else to avoid the hassle.
Took car in for a service and asked if I could pick car up at 1:30 , sure no worries they said. Arrived early paid early and said to them I had to attend a family matter, no worries won't be long. The car was sitting there for another 30 minutes no one requested and when I asked after being there for 10 minutes they once again said won't be long. They seem to show no care or compassion given my situation and we're extremely rude. Last time I will be going there.
Hubby bought a new Commodore Ute via the guys at Robina Holden. Sales team are efficient and get the job done (as you'd expect from a car sales team!) He loves his car and is happy with the vehicle and explanation of the technical options that come with the vehicle. We were told we'd have to wait a few weeks for delivery, but car arrived sooner that expected. Coffees and water always offered when in-store.
Took my X trail in for a service due to it having an oil leak....I knew it had an oil leek due to everytime I stopped the car it would smoke and you could smell the oil burning....I guy I usually use for the service suggested I take it to a dealership as they would have the correct tools to fix the oil leek as guy isn't a dealership. .It cost me over $400 for a service then was told they couldn't find the oil leak as they couldn't find one????? what...the bloody car smokes???? then when my next service was due some guy rings me and said are you coming in for your next service...when I said no and said it had to do with the price and the fact the obvious oil leak wasn't fixed guy said Oh sorry about that and hung up....Poor service and will never ever go to them again.....Last place I had a service cost me half the price. Von Bribra charge me top dollar for nothing. Very disappointed. I would recommend to stay away
