Very disappointing service at Von Bibra Nissan Southport. Dishonest sales people, extensive delivery delays, poor resolutation when filing a complait. Explore other car dealerships before making a purchase!!!

Had an oil leak repaired under waranty .The red cover over the positive battery terminal & fuse link is now missing .They claim it had nothing to do with them . As a motor mechanic for over 43 years & a business owner I find this very poor . What happened to good old fasion service . As the vehicle is still under waranty , it should be replaced regardless .

Disorganised and abysmal service. After seeing my Partner in tears after a multitude of stuff ups buying her new car, I would not recommend this Dealership to anyone. Pushy Salesperson, disorganised and expensive finance, and nonchalant aftermarket sales. Traumatic experience and they aren't interested in anything once they got her money. #reviewtowin

Bought brand new car from them. Have had problems. Service staff don't do what they promise. Mechanic's can't fix problems and take ages to do anything. Car always has to come back in again.

Sales staff that didn't do what they've promised. Had problems with the car within 10 days of purchase and rang sales staff who promised to get back to me but never did. Service wasn't done in the time frame given. Would not deal with them again.
