I recently got my first tattoo done at this welcoming place by Rory. He did such a great job on my rib piece and provided me with so much information Prior to the tattoo and how I should use my aftercare kit. I've recommended not just Voodoo Tattoo to almost everyone I know but also the artist Rory, cannot wait to go back for more!
Saw them driving to work one day and had always wanted to get a tattoo, going off of these reviews I booked a session. I booked around Thursday for a afternoon Saturday session. When I rang up, I was asked details about where I was getting the tattoo done and I booked a 3 hour session at $140 an hour. I walk in at 4:30 already a bit nervous for my first tattoo like anyone would be and the artist stops tattooing the guy and yells across the room "what do you guys want" I reply "Im here for my appointment at 4:30" the artist instantly gets hostile and gets a killer attitude because I never answered my home phone to confirm obviously this is a legit reason to be annoyed, well not really customer service would be to handle this a lot better. ...read more
I have had work done at 4 other studio's previously before going to voodoo 2 weeks ago for a solid session & am stoked to be able to say that I am extremely pleased with the work. the atmosphere of the shop & presentation of the studio is very comfortable & modern with a dose of cool chucked in for flavour & of most importance, the artist's attitude was as right as it could be & his standard of work is totally a big win for me as the customer as the quality of work was excellent whilst still managing to get more done than I have ever had in one session before, meaning I save money. I will be back there next sunday for another session & am looking forward to enjoying the results :)
