Vortex Hair Design

I went to this hair dressing salon over two weeks ago. I got a $45 wash blow dry and straighten, the day I got it done it was nice and straight and by the next day it was frizzy and had kinks. This had never happened to my hair so I assumed it was maybe because my hair might have been damaged. I went to void hairdressing Saturday gone to get the same done for $35 and it has been DEAD straight ever since. I gave vortex a curtesy call letting them know about my experience and that I didn't want money back or anything and the owner of the company was utterly disinterested and unapologetic, there was not one ounce of concern!! I am completely disgusting with the way it was handled and will never return or speak a good word to anyone about this place PURELY on the fact of the lack of professionalism shown!
