We had a representative of Vortrak come out to our house. When he realised we were going to spend an absolute fortune with the company he then proceeded to tell us our house was disconnected and that we should sell it. He was rude and so unprofessional. In all our years of coming into contact with builders this was the worst experience we have ever had and basically left us gobsmacked at how rude he was. He gave us no solutions and then told us we were wasting his time. Not impressed.
Hi, It's not always possible to please everyone and sometimes people don't like what they hear, even if it's good advice. Suggesting that the work should be properly designed and described makes good sense. Suggesting that all options should be considered - that's reasonable. Asking for more information, so that the job can be priced properly and so that everyone is on the same page - that's common sense.
It's always a good idea to know what is required, what is to be used and where it's to go.
Without plans, specification, structural details, scope of works, plumbing and tile selections, etc. it's difficult to know what we're required to do.
You can't please everyone but at least when people listen and are prepared to work with you, great results can be achieved.
