New Farm's 'Vue Lounge' is a trendy little spot that has a great selection of casual and tasty cafe foods during the day and authentic Italian cuisine by nightfall.

With marble floors, matching stone bench tops and wooden wall paneling the slick modern interior is a great place to entertain friends. Pick 'Vue' as the venue for your next function, family dinner, business lunch or quick coffee catch up with a friend.

Jazz performers play each night from 7pm.


Not surprisingly, the coffee is great here. Part-owner Phillip Di Bella runs one of the nation?s most successful coffee-roasting businesses (Di Bella). Vue Lounge is a café by day that serves a mean breakfast burrito (about $11) before transforming into an Italian-style restaurant in the evening. I’ve come here a couple of times over the years and been impressed every time. Great place for brunch, burgers or even weekend cocktails. Very cool atmosphere.

A great little cafe, located in Merthyr Village (near Coles etc). It's a great spot for coffee, breakfast or lunch and gets quite busy on weekends which is always a good sign. Give it a try!

Delicious food.


I came here on the weekend after seeing it consistently busy. Had a breakfast burrito with scrambled instead of fried eggs and it was absolutely delicious. came out perfect size with incredible flavour.

I'll definitely be back :)

Super yummy food. And great location is you want to walk down the boardwalk to this cafe. Food is a little pricey but overall great would recommend.

A great trendy cafe in New Farm, tasty breakfast dishes and good coffee. This place can get busy on the weekends but it's worth the wait.
