Vulcan Hotel

The room was very small and looked unfinished, not what I expected for what I paid. Housekeeping walked in without knocking after I had checked in and was getting changed because they hadn't finished stocking the minibar. Parked in the Tafe as recommended and was given the wrong exit and stuck in the carpark for half an hour without even a sorry!

Cute boutique style hotel. Was an old pub now converted into accommodation. I did experience some issues when I first got to my room however Emma on Reception was extremely accommodating. The cafe downstairs does not serve dinner however does an excellent breakfast. Great location just on the outskirts of CBD and walking distance to Cockle Bay and Darling Habour

This quiet but sophisticated hotel and accompany restaurant is tucked away in Ultimo. I've been to the restaurant two times now, once for dinner and once for breakfast.



Dinner was great, it was quiet and intimate... not exactly what I was after, but still nice. The food was well prepared and presented nicely. The atmosphere at night is beautiful with candles and the dim lit lights. The staff are a tad slow at the bar, but overall pretty god.



Breakfast recently was great as well, except for the fact that the Pineapple juice with my coffee was off, and the coffee was a bit average. Although saying that the overall experience was high.



I recommend anyone around the area give it a go. They really try and do whatever they can for the customer.
