Called to get a quote on a side view mirror, very unhelpful. Didnt answer the phone as the business, had to ask if I called the right place and they answered with a disgruntled 'yes'. When asked the question, simply replied 'dont know', then asked if they could help and said 'no'. Not very good customer service even from the initial phone call, can't imagine what it would be life face to face.
