Very personable young man who had to deal with a very tricky problem (burst pipe under tree roots) but got on with the job in a thoroughly professional manner. Also while here he fixed a tap and advised me how to fix the toilet. I highly recommend them.

I have a rental property and unbeknown to me they changed the shower head themselves 12 months ago. After it was installed for about 1 month they complained that the hot water system was turning on and off. I had WA Plumbing Solutions attend the house who informed me that the hot water system needed replacing. $1000 later it was replaced, however shortly after the tenants complained that the hot water system was still turning on and off constantly. Called the plumber who said there was nothing wrong with hot water system and that it must be the electrical supply. Paid $200 to get electricity supply checked, nothing wrong with it. Called plumber who said it must be a faulty system and to get a rep from the company out to check it and my cost, what a joke. I called the rep as the plumber was too lazy and he said it sounded like the unit was fine and that possible there was a blockage in the pipes, so to check it the flow rate needed to be measured from each ...read more
