A couple of weeks ago I booked an Accelerated Freefall Course - Power Coaching ($700 so not cheap) with this company. I was booked for a particular Thursday because it was a special anniversary that I thought could be marked by my first jump on that day. I was told at the time it was busy on weekends, but not being able to take another day off work, and confident I could learn in the environment, I asked to push through with a Sunday training session to jump on the Thursday. When I called to confirm on Monday, I again had the same conversation regarding Sunday being noisy/busy but reiterated that the jump date was significant so I wished to proceed. On the Tuesday (yesterday) prior to the Sunday training (yesterday) this business called and cancelled on Sunday because they would not have the staff to conduct the training.
