Wagamama

Have never really been over impressed with Wagamama despite many friends loving it. Was always underwhelmed with my meal and thus have only been there twice. Never had a problem with service, meal speed or price however, so not a bad place for a quick okay priced meal.

I think Wagamama has gone a bit downhill recently - we went for dinner on a Saturday night and the place was deserted!

The service was ok, however one thing to be aware of is that Wagamama will just bring out meals as they're cooked, so if you're with a group, it means people are either waiting around and letting their food go cold or others are sitting there wondering when their meal will arrive!

yeek - one of the worst dining experiences I've ever had. The food was terrible (sticky noodles bathed in really salty broth), overpriced and the service was terrible. Never go there!

The food is great. The staff are friendly. Try and sit on the balcony if possible, as you can look over the glass barrier onto the Queen Street Mall. It is fun to watch the people walk by as you chat with friends and share a great meal. There is no aircon on the balcony, so not for hot days. Wait for a 2-4-1 voucher to get the best value. Also ask for a frequent noodler card to record points for dollar spent, and when you get 100 points, you get a free meal!

I wouldn't rate this place much above average. It can be a little daunting sitting right next to another couple or group of people. Food was served lukewarm. Service was fast...if not a little too fast because the food wasn't hot enough.
