I got an appointment to see Dr to get tablets to stop smoking. I waited 1 1/2 hours before getting to see them and then they couldn't get the printer to work. finally got out of there 2 hours after walking in. They requested that I come back in one week so I made a 9.45am appointment and a week later fronted the desk at 9.35am. I waited 1.5 hours and watched dozens of people come and go and in frustration I walked to the counter and handed my appointment card to the reception staff and walked out. On my way home the reception staff that had logged me in at 9.35am asked me if I had spoken to someone when I arrived.
