The service is flexible and responsive to the changing needs of the young person and their families.The service model focuses on Early Intervention and involves a range of services including the provision of case management and counselling, accommodation and housing assistance, information and advice, court support, practical assistance, skills and development, supported referrals to young people and their families.
Programs include: Crisis Accommodation for youth 15-17yrs who are homeless/at risk/in need of respite. Accommodation can be provided for up to 3 months at a time, depending upon indivdiual circumstances.
Youth Outreach Support provides case management/support to youth 14-25 yrs who are disadvantaged or at risk.
