Have been trying to talk to them for weeks to organise access to my property to attend to a simple job. Finally got to talk to somebody who cannot even tell me a time they will be at my place. Instead they expect me to leave my property unlocked so they can just waltz on in whenever they can be bothered. How hard is it for a plumber to get out of bed and travel a kilometre or so to do a job?
When I finally spoke to the woman in the office she said they had tried to call me many times but funny how I don't have any missed calls on my phone from their mobile number that sent messages from.
Maybe they are good plumbers, maybe they aren't, but a bit better service would not go amiss.
