Refuse bulk billing even for students and the elderly. Their rationale for uni students is that the parents work. Also it has forgotten me on 2 occasions whilst I waited in reception.

Dr David Vesalic is fantastic he really cares and takes his time to understand the full issue. He has looked after our family since the birth of my baby 7 months ago and he has been just wonderful and its really comforting to know she will grow up with such a great family Dr.

Terrible follow up service. Will not bulk bill for follow up. When discussed I felt I was treated like an idiot. Found staff to be unhelpful.
