Walk Up Cuts & Colours

I went there once to get my beard shaved off and when I went to pay with my card the staff was very rude and said you can't pay with your card so I just walked out without paying and I will never going back there again.

I went to Walk-up cuts and Colour at Westfield Fountain Gate to get my hair colored a golden auburn as it was a medium golden blonde at first. By the time it was finished my hair looked 2 colours and it was very noticeable, my roots were bright cherry red and the rest of my hair looked golden auburn. I showed to them mistake then they tried to fixed it. By the time they were finishing to "fix their mistake" my hair looked worse then ever, I wanted to cry. I guess they used a brown shade, my hair looked mahogany in the roots and medium brown in the rest....I looked worse than when I walked in. She told me that after a couple of washes it would turn into a normal colour and off course it didn't. Now after 4 washes my hair still looks the same circus it did to begin with. I wasted my money and time. I will never make the same mistake to let experienced and unqualified people touch my hair again.
