Wall Candy Wallpaper

Visiting the Sydney showroom can only be described as a waste of time.

While the girl who helped me seemed very sweet, it was incredibly frustrating to be told that many of the wall papers on show were not actually available, and would take up to two months to arrive if ordered.

It was recommended that I look at their online store (which I alredy had) to search for papers, but that those too, might be unavailable.

Obviously this business is poorly managed, which is a shame, as the papers on display were lovely.

I had a terrible experience with this company. I understand that delays occurs that are out of their control but I truly believe that they could have handled the incident better, in terms of good faith to customers and simply for being considerate. Certain wallpapers

I bought were delayed and never arrived after three months of back and forth countless phone calls, emails and asking sincerely for a refund because I could no longer delay my home renovations and furniture deliveries no more. I was always told the paper was "on its way" and subsequently "lost", then was "expressed post" to them, but "never arrived" and is then "expressed posted" again and still didn't arrive to the shop after another two weeks. Love this shop. they have such a great array of wall papers and other little nick backs that are ever changing. The service is wonderful too, if they haven't got it they will get it from their main store in Perth they offer samples of wall paper too although they do cost you $5 a piece but you do get this back when you purchase your wall paper.
