The store looks fabulous however it is an illusion. The consultant colour matched the wallpaper insisting it was perfect without hesitation . Nothing like it and they refuse to exchange/refund . The reviews say it all, I wish I would have read them . My advise is pay only by visa as they expect full payment upfront . if you have this problem register post it back and file a dispute with your bank. Don’t bother contacting owner,

Purchased a non-vintage clock and noticed it was faulty less than four months after. I asked the staff if I could have an exchange/refund but was denied. Their refund/exchange policy is pretty shady. I referred to a sign in their store which declared that they do refund/exchange faulty products, however, the staff member in charge pointed out that on my receipt it indicates that this only applies to items being brought back after two weeks. Having a closer look at the terms of this on the receipt, it actually only refers to wallpaper purchases and said nothing about other items. I stressed that I was sold a faulty product and that I had Consumer Guarantee rights under the Australian Consumer Law (enforced by the ACCC). The staff member then said they'd order in a part to fix the clock and get in contact with me within a week. I am another customer that has had a terrible experience with Wall Candy and would tell all clients to definitely NOT purchase anything from this store unless they physically have stock at the time of purchase.
I paid in full for wallpaper on the 14th June and was advised it would arrive 4-6 weeks. At 6 weeks I called up and was told it would arrive soon - and they would call me. At 7 weeks I called up and was told it would arrive soon - and they would call me and so on and so on. Never given correct information and answers ...read more
I would love to say that I love my Japanese Grasscloth wallpaper that I ordered on March 18 from the North Fremantle store but sadly I can't get anyone to tell me where it is. The girls at store level do try hard to get me answers but to no avail. The last I heard on 11 May that it was in stock with the supplier and that hopefully tomorrow we'll know more as to when you can expect it to arrive, well tomorrow has come and gone! Requests for answers go unanswered constantly! It's very poor customer service from a management level to ignore customer's requests. At this point I could not recommend them at all, not until I get a positive response from them anyway. I am quickly running out of patience as they have not fulfilled the order in a timely manner (2-8 weeks was the time frame). I feel I have no choice but to cancel this order. I have never experienced such appalling customer service!
To follow up on my previous review, it is now 27 June and I have cancelled my order but no refund has been forthcoming. My advice is not to deal with this company and I'm not alone, there are other similar reviews posted on google where we have all experienced the same. The owners do not deserve your business. You will get better service online which I did with a company from Brisbane and had my grasscloth delivered to me here in Perth in 7 days. My refund and this company is being investigated.
