Very bad experience. The sales lady was very rude. I hate to say but she is a real racist. If your appearance is not white enough, don't go to this place.

I have used Wall-T-Wall in the past and was happy with their service and products. I believe ownership of the business has changed, and on using them again recently was extemely disappointed with the outcome. Some blinds were installed initially in a timely manner and were fine, however another part of the order took many months to arrive, with no communication from staff as to what was going on. The end result of this part of the order was not satisfactory. Curtain was poorly made and looked terrible. Advice from the consultant as to what was best on the windows resulted in a bland and old fashioned effect. It is unfortunate that I would have to say I would not use Wall-T-Wall again, nor recommend their services.

So happy with my blinds and awning. Customer service was fantastic, everything delivered and installed on time as promised. And Ashwin was very helpful when picking out the colors and fabric of blinds to suit our rooms. Happy to rev omen them to anyone.
