Called in on Friday to have a watch battery fitted, very indifferent service from american sounding assistant, then the manageress on duty fitted my watch battery, next day the watch glass had clouded over, so took it to my usual jeweller who showed me that the back of the watch had not been properly replaced by the manageress!!!! Poorcustomer service and even worse cannot fit a watch battery. Do not recommend this shop under any circumstances.
