Wallace Bishop - Toombul Shopping Centre

I have had a terrible experience at WB Toombul, but that is only the start of it, the problems they have extend through their entire customer service and after sales service system. I purchased a quality BabyG watch for my daughter in February 2012 for her birthday. After 3 months the clasp broke, after submitting it for repair, I was never contacted by WB and eventually rang to find the watch 2 months later, when I was told the damage could not be claimed under warranty as it was clearly impact damage, I disputed this with the very rude management who insisted that an entire new band had to be installed. It is too long of a story to give justice here but here we are in September 2013 after sending the watch away originally in Sept-Oct 2012 and only today, after I rang them again, have I found out the watch has been in their store since July, apparently they sent a text message (I never received a text message) despite having my phone number, my address, my ...read more
