I have bought 3 custom murals for my house, one Frozen for my Daughter's room, one fairy tree for play room and one lake view for my dinning. And some wallpapers for my master bedroom and guest bedroom.
Great services in the store, they spent a lot of time to help me choosing wallpapers and murals.
I would recommond all my friends who need wallpaper to Wallpaper Brokers.
Awful service. Went in , ordered and paid in full, was told it would take a week to get in. 2weeks later I rang and was told it would be another 4 weeks and basically called me a liar in the fact they didnt say a week, wouldnt have ordered if it was going to take that long. The words the customer isnt always right" came out of her mouth. No apology just a really bad attitude. How about checking to see how long something would take to come in before taking their money. Only upside is I got my money back. Waste of time and petrol money

We had never denied our responsibility as a retailer of this product and had responded to your every enquiry to the best of our ability (with the information given to us from the suppliers & manufacturers of the product in question).
We had offered to attempt to resolve your concerns by attempting to get you another similar product, or by trying to get the same product from another supplier. Once more, we understood that you may want a refund and did so without question as the product had taken much longer than anticipated.
We understand it’s frustrating when things don’t arrive on time for one reason or another, however it is no excuse to become rude or to call people names. This kind of bullying and behavior will not be tolerated.
I am not a bully nor was I offensive - that is a perfect example of your attitude towards customers . Name callling . I recieved awful customer service and I believe you are the one being the bully.
