I have recently renewed my lease at my current rental in Brunswick and I must say the customer service I have received from Walshe & Whitelock was once again understanding and fantastic - as it has been for the past few years since I moved in.
Never has there been an issue I have not had rectified within a short timeframe, which going on some previous experiences with Real Estate Agency's is a delight!.
They clearly have a good relationship with their landlords, which makes it easier for us renter's when we need something sorted with the property. While I'm renting - or even when I get my own place, Walshe & Whitelock will get my nod every time. Thanks again :)
Avoid! I have been living in a property managed by Walshe & Whitelock for many months now and despite my many requests for major problems at the property to be repaired over the past 3 months they are still to take any action. When l call the office they are rude and often times aggressive, my property manager has actually yelled at me! I have now taken this matter to Consumer Affairs and have lodged with VCAT. My property manager spoke to me yesterday and actually said to me they didn't realize there were problems with the house, l had to remind them of 3 detailed face to face conversations, at least 12 emails and a Breach of Duty notice.
