Processed my eftpos card twice after they said it cancelled on the first attempt. It did go through on the first attempt but they refused to refund it back the same day. Said they didn't know how to do it and the only person who did wasn't there on weekends. Asked to speak to the owner and was told instantly that the owner was too busy to speak to me and had other things to do. They said they called their bank and Westpac advised that they should not refund me ever after I drove back in and showed proof of where it came out of my account TWICE. I called Westpac and they denied that they would have said this but also said that someone at all times should be trained in refunding customers and that this should never happen. Untrustworthy business and customers should be cautious when using eftpos here. Disgraceful lack of customer service displayed and an appalling way to treat customers.
