As a frequent customer at Wan Wah I find the service excellent, take away is always 15 minutes, food is always hot and cooked fresh.
Lunch special is fantastic value for money
Staff are always polite, well spoken and efficient, restaurant is clean and welcoming
we enjoy our meals and our dog enjoys her FREE bag of prawn chips
This would rate as one of the WORST dining experiences i have ever had.
The food at best could be described as ordinary and was swimming in a thick MSG 'laden sauce..
The key ingredient of one dish was well past it used by date and was stale.
The service as terrible with even the simplest order being mixed up and then we were charged extra for something that was clearly shown as included on the menu.
When all these things were pointed out to the management their attitude was arrogant
and uncaring.
I have eaten in restaurants all around NSW and I will never be returning to this establishment
If your in Forbes and fancy a Chinese meal , do yourself a favour and find somewhere else to eat ,,I wish i had..
