Great job shaping hedges and dealing with difficult areas of the garden to reach really impressed with the level and quality of service great result. Our garden looks lovely now thanks Wanda and the team.

We are very impressed by the professional services provided to our gardens & front verge of our home, our requests for extra services which we did not mention at the time of booking were promply agreed to by the wonderful & extremely happy team who obviously love doing their job.
We will certainly be asking them back on a regular basis, being retired & elderly prevents us doing the gardening but now we have found a solution. Once again, thank you for the wonderful services you provided us.
The most profoundly unprofessional interaction I have ever had with a business in my life. AVOID AT ALL COSTS! Other similar reviews indicate we actully dodged a bullet.
We booked this company weeks in advance. They had the gall to charge us almost $200 in advance of doing any work. They were supposed to show up at 7am so we could instruct them. Nobody showed up. Nobody answered the telephone. My wife had to go to work by 7:30. I ended up having to stay home in case someone showed up later. Nobody ever did.
When they finally called me 3 hours later, instead of profusely apologising and trying to make it up to us as soon as possible - "Tricia" told us that "they don't want to do business with people that they've upset" and hung up on me as I tried to simply get them to perform their contract. We were left to go elsewhere and end up on a 4-5 week waiting list. Do not give these people your money.
I loved what Wanda and her team did with my straggly old garden. It was a complete mess before they started and now it looks amazing. They were very professional, worked very hard and the girls were just lovely. They were also very sweet about letting my little boy watch them and 'help'. Thank you Wanda and the team. I couldn't be happier.

Previously had good experiences with them but had a not-so-good experience recently.
More hours were spent working on our garden than was approved so when it was time to pay the amount was more than we agreed. One of the gardeners came to our house unannounced to dispute our concerns which was quite intimidating.
The other gardener is very nice and agreed to the lower amount at the end so this gardener is reasonable. I think its just a matter of them needing better communication systems and also not to dispute concerns face to face and unannounced.
