Paid $220.00 for the repair of our freezer by replacing the defrost timer. This did not fix the problem as the freezer would still not freeze. Called them the next day to say the problem was not fixed. We were advised to defrost freezer again overnight. Did that again and plugged it back in. Freezer would still not freeze. Finally back after three days and we were advised that it would now cost too much to repair and just buy a new one. Refunded $100.00. So their error in the first instance replacing a part that was not faulty and not diagnosing the problem on the first visit has cost us $120.00 for their error. AVOID THIS COMPANY!!!!!
