DO NOT USE THIS SERVICE CENTRE!!
I had an issue with my airbag for 3 and half years, took it there 9 times and they never fixed it. It was only after threatening them to drop my vehicle there and not picking it up unless I was given a refund or replacement or I would take them to consumer protection that they got Kia Australia to replace the air bag harness. UNACCEPTABLE!!!!!
This is to inform everyone on how disappointed I am in the disgraceful, unprofessional customer service I have received at Wangara Kia & Suzuki and the way I have been treated recently in regards to another warranty claim on the $40K 2010 Holden Senator which I purchased through their dealership.
I informed the service rep that there is a knocking sound coming from the rear passenger side and there is also no power steering and also requested a detailed mechanics report on findings and costs.
Rep called and informed me that works to my differential is required and will cost approximately $4,500.00 which I told rep is absolutely ludicrous and high, I asked rep not to carry out any works till he hears back from me but to commence work on the power steering and provide a detailed mechanics report on ...read more
Have to agree, these reviews are probably accurate. Bought a new set of tyres. One went flat b4 I got home. Took it back and waited (hours) for it to be fixed, then assured it would be fine. Next day - flat. Slower, but still leaking. Took it back and left it for the day. Was told problem was now a nail in the tyre and not the same problem (hmmm... same tyre, day after the problem?). Result.... charged $80 for repairing it!! Almost the cost of a tyre!! Only took it to them cause sure it was same problem. Never saw the apparent nail that happened to pierce same tyre on same day! Customer relations could sure do with an overhaul (sic)!
worst car yard in perth do not buy a car from there.... i borougt a 2007 hummer didnt get 500 metes out the door untill a lady next to me said the back wheel was going to fall off took it back st8 away next morning wouldnt start flat battery week later bonnet scoop blew off car behind ran it over wouldnt replace no keyless entry no owners manual drivers seat belt wouldnt retract flat spots on the front tyres coz hasnt been balanced and the list goes on. i wouldnt by a car from here they are crooks and the whole company and thier lying empoyees deserve to be blown up
The service people didn't even claim my capped price service, which if I didn't go to Aiden in melville I wouldn't have known. Meaning after my first 6month service I had already "broken" to warranty contract. THEY DIDNT EVEN STAMP THE BOOK OR WRITE DOWN MY MILEAGE. honestly I would be surprised if they even did the service! When I went in they didn't even have me booked in despite the confirmation texts I got about my service. Very poor now I have to go all the way there to get a stamp because they can't do their job. Do not go there. Go to Melvilleon Canning Highway!
