Worst customer service inhavevever experienced.
Sent car to get recall fixed not only did the refuse to fix the recall but thevservice mgrbrefused to let me speack with the tech who gave a false diagnosis of the car they then tried to charde me rent for the car dpace and the proceeded without my knowlege to return my car to my residence whilst in the process of disputing a faulty win module and battery which then after taking it to the next closest jeep dealership fixed a blown 10 amp fuse in 5 mins and 1 ripped up the invoice for $2000 from wangarra with a false diagnosis and not remose when notified of the mosinformstion.

Dealing with Wanneroo Jeep is easy.
The staff are helpful and the level of effort is impressive. I'm glad I didn't take any notice of the negative reviews, as it seems clear these people are likely to never be happy, no matter how well they are looked after. Keep up the good work Wanneroo Jeep.

Arranged for my car to go in and have a diagnostic check as I was of the opinion the automatic transmission was playing up . Lady who took my call was very polite but without checking if my car was under warranty informed me there would be a $160 fee for the diagnostic check.
This was on Friday of last week and this is now Tuesday and I still don't have my car back.
I have to say this is the second time I've had to deal with the Service Dept and I have to say the standard of service is diabolical.
I guess they don't feel it's required to keep you informed as I have had to follow up with them on every occasion.
Wish the system would let me give them no stars

I had my services done before and was very disappointed with the customer service but i thought to give them another go. Well lets just say im very happy with the service i had this week! Marko the service advisor looked after me that day i asked him if i could wait while my car was being done and noticed during my wait it looked like he was doing all the work. Ive never been dealt with such respect from a young man. He greeted every customer that came in and he even went that step further and offered to make coffees for everyone. Highly recommend people to ask for this man. Thank you Marko you have changed my view on the whole dealership.

Very bad / slow after sales service. If you ask something they don't bother to find a correct information. Their mechanical work is low quality/ temporary.
