I LOVE my local Newsagency. They aren't perfect - but who is - and anyone can have a bad day, especially if customers are rude and demanding. They're always busy, so waiting is to be expected, but I am so grateful to have an Australia Post outlet nearby, and the staff are very helpful and kind whenever they serve me.
It's a shame that people have bad experiences and are quick to judge a small business so harshly without, perhaps, giving the business a few chances to prove it's real worth. There is much to be grateful for, and our local Newagency/Aust Post outlet is just one of them. Thank you :o)
I have shopped at this newsagents for 25 years. always received friendly, helpful and professional service. they have always had what i have gone there to buy. i have managed newsagencies and know how difficult the workload is and what a wide variety of customers you encounter in that business. keep up the good work and thanks for your hard work.
