Very rushed and rude service. Month after purchase realise why as they sold us toddler shoes with odd sizes, as I was asked what size shoe they wore from a relative. Went back to enquire, was very rude and stated no receipt, they won't do anything. I think we were purposely sold two different shoes to get rid of sale stock!! Not happy, won't be back and shoes are worthless!
Having repeatedly bought shoes for myself, my daughter and my aunt at Wards's over the last 10 years, I was extremely disappointed with my experience today and will never shop there again. Two weeks and 3 days ago I bought some boots which were a little tight on one foot. I thought I would try them at home and see how they felt, knowing I could exchange them or return for a store credit because I had done just that once before. After sitting with them on for 5 minutes at home it was apparent they would not be comfortable to wear, so today I tried to return them for a store credit. I work full time and have family commitments on weekends which make it hard to get to Norwood, so I didn't get back there until today. Ward's refused to allow me to return them because I was 3 days past 2 weeks. There is no information on the receipt which indicates a two week limit.
