We have bought and sold many times and we wish had known of, and used Warlow Scott for all of them! Communication is excellent, reasonable fees and you never felt like you were a hassle or asking too many silly questions! Very poor communication from Andrew Pye. Virtually nothing was heard from him from the commencement of his services till settlement date, and his lack of attention to detail with contract papers made me wonder what I actually paid for. Don't give lawyers a further bad name is my advice.
