This practice improved alot after appointment system. I never waited long to see my preferred GP with appointment. Walk-in sometimes has a waiting but they have experienced GPs available. Staff is helpful too. Nidi provides great customer service.

Ive had a series of really strange experiences here. Dr Charnlock especially, told me she was the only DR I could see for a CTP claim, then she said the appointments were too long. They are paid long appointments covered by insurance. The insurance company used up all my appointment with a phone call and the matter I went to see the Dr for wasnt dealt with. Dr Charnlock then said "We cant keep having these half an hour appointments." She was irritated and rude. I said as quickly as I could, but you didnt put my hip on the form. She then said I was aggressive. I said I was trying to be assertive. Having the form filled in correctly is important. I was so upset. I then had physio there and Pia is great, but I had a convulsion after the second session, was told by Nurse on Call to go to the DR, waited over 3 hours to see a different DR there and waited until after 10pm to be told she "wouldnt do that." The girls sitting at the reception should tell the patient where they should wait for their Dr. The girl at the reception told me to wait in the common areas for Dr Merry, however dr merry didn’t even bother to called their patient from the common area, after waiting for an hour and half I went back to the reception and asked “how far am I now” and then the other girl from reception ask me why you didn’t wait in front of dr. Room. How should the patient know where the Dr sit??

Never ever go back to this D grade medicine centre

Reception staff are very helpful, and I was seen in under 10min, the doctor was lovely, for me it was a perfect experience, simple, fast, painless and felt very well looked after.

Have been a common patient at this medical centre and although the lengthy waits despite incorrect waiting time told I still return ... today I called reception too ask about something to do with a scan and a specific doctor and the lady on the phone was quite short and rude and too eager too get me off the phone cutting me off before I had even finished speaking or asking a question there’s no need for the rude customer service
